Notice Changes Between Visits
Make a note of new noises, warning messages, fluid top-ups and changes in how the car drives. A photo of a dashboard message can help you describe an intermittent problem later.
Plan Before A Long Trip
Mention any timing constraints in your appointment request. Wait for acceptance and a confirmed date before arranging travel. An assessment and parts orders may mean that a repair cannot be completed on the same day.
Bring The Vehicle Details
The year, model, engine and mileage help the workshop prepare. For an imported car, include the original market and any specification information you have.
